Publicly Traded MMA & Live Sports Promoter Xtreme One Entertainment Files 2025 Independent Audit, YTD Financials, Returns to OTCQB Full Listing

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bouncing back from the financial and legal distractions of early 2026, Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. (OTCQB: XONI) today announced it completed and filed its independent financial audit for 2025 and will return to full listing on the OTCQB National Market.

Xtreme One, a diversified media and live-event sports company and parent of the MMA minor league system Xtreme Fighting Championships (XFC), said the audit was conducted by its current firm, Chicago-based LJ Soldinger Associates, but was delayed due to the Company’s investigation and successful litigation against Williamsburg Venture Holdings for financial fraud. Due to the late filings, Xtreme One was temporarily moved to the OTC Pink Market, negatively impacting liquidity and trading activity in its stock.

“The delay in our filings was another unfortunate consequence of the fraud perpetrated against the Company, but we’ve cleared this hurdle, completed our Audit, and are moving back onto the more visible and liquid OTCQB market,” said Jeff Lambert, Chairman and CEO of Xtreme One Entertainment. “With our financial and public filing house in order, we look forward to more active trading, engaging current and new investors, and executing on our Fall fight schedule that got off to a great start this weekend in Argentina.”

XFC hosted Young Guns 14 on August 30 in Buenos Aires to a sold-out crowd and a live, global TV audience via XFC TV, the Company’s YouTube subscription channel.

On the litigation front, Williamsburg founder Ronald Glenn faces a Show-cause Hearing for Criminal Contempt for perjury on September 9, 2026, and Xtreme One is actively pursuing collections against Williamsburg for the nearly $900,000 judgment owed to the Company.
